To be eligible for IAOMS member registration rates (with a savings of up to $370 USD) at ICOMS, please join IAOMS or renew your membership. IAOMS membership dues must be processed before proceeding with ICOMS registration.

Method of Payment

Complete the secure online registration form, select the option to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER) and complete all requested information before finalizing and submitting the registration form. If the transaction is not authorized or is not completed please contact your credit card provider for details. Payments not completed can be restarted by logging back into your account with your Username and Password. In this case, the registration fee will be readjusted to the value of the current table on the day of conclusion of the payment.

Cancellation and Refund of Registration

Cancellation of a registration must be received via email (reg-icoms@iaoms.org) to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellation are not accepted.

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.

All specific programs (workshops, mater classes, etc) and social events (IAOMS Foundation Lunch, Brazilian Cultural Night, Gala Dinner, etc.) are non-refundable, however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email on or before April 1, 2019 and the booking will be allocated accordingly.

Please note that no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, etc.) within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 20, 2019 and no exchanges will be made after April 1, 2019.

Local Secretariat

The Local Secretariat will be available from May 20 to May 24, 2019 at the Windsor Barra Convention Center for pre-registered attendees and on-site attendees to check in as well as for general information.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organizing Committee and the IAOMS are not responsible for any kind of insurance for attendees.

Disclaimer

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use and distribution of the participants' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
