Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a registration must be received via email (reg-icoms@iaoms.org) to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellation are not accepted. The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

Date-Based Refund Policy

On or before February 1, 2025: 100% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100.

On or before March 1, 2025: 50% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100.

After April 5, 2025: No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.

All specific programs (workshops, mater classes, etc) and social fundraising events (IAOMS Foundation Lunch, Cultural Night, Gala Dinner, etc.) are non-refundable, however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email on or before May 1, 2025 and the booking will be allocated accordingly.

Please note that no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, etc.) within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 5, 2025 and no exchanges will be made after May 1, 2025. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.
