Registration Entitlements

Registration includes:

Access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition
Daily Lunches & coffee breaks (morning & afternoon)
Admission to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
Access to the conference app
Conference bag

Programming for Trainees will be included throughout the conference. Trainees will be invited to a special networking reception.

Accompany Persons registration includes admission to Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and the City Tour.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a registration must be received via email (reg-icoms@thetriumph.com) to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellation are not accepted. The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

Date-Based Refund Policy

On or before February 1, 2025: 100% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100.

On or before March 1, 2025: 50% refund less an administrative fee of USD $100.

After April 5, 2025: No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about the refund arrangement and payment method.

All specific programs (workshops, mater classes, etc) and social fundraising events (IAOMS Foundation Lunch, Cultural Night, Gala Dinner, etc.) are non-refundable, however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email on or before May 1, 2025 and the booking will be allocated accordingly.

Please note that no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, etc.) within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 5, 2025 and no exchanges will be made after May 1, 2025. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.

Method of Payment

Complete the secure online registration form, select the option to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER) and complete all requested information before finalizing and submitting the registration form. If the transaction is not authorized or is not completed please contact your credit card provider for details. Payments not completed can be restarted by logging back into your account with your Username and Password. In this case, the registration fee will be readjusted to the value of the current table on the day of conclusion of the payment.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. IAOMS is not responsible for any kind of insurance for attendees. Participants must provide their own health insurance.

Disclaimer

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the participant to the use and distribution of the participants' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IAOMS and IAOMS Foundation and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.

**Trainee rates are offered to OMF trainees and residents. Trainee Verification is required and must be on record when you register for the conference. Please complete the Trainee Verification form and submit it to Katie Cairns by March 1, 2025.
