Next Steps

To proceed with each application, we will need the applicant to fill up:

In addition to the 2 forms filled up, we will need to receive:

  • a passport scan

  • a recent headshot picture of the applicant with white background and no white clothes

To complete your application, a payment of S$ 120 is required which includes the visa application fee required by the ICA portal.

Once we will have all the documents ready and we will receive a proof of payment, we will be able to proceed with the submission of the application on the ICA portal*.

*Please be advised that the agency fee is non-refundable, even in the event of an unsuccessful outcome of the application. Both TGI Singapore Pte Ltd and Ms. Amanda Tan shall not be held responsible for the outcome of any application submitted to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). As stated on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, the possession of a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass and the duration of stay are determined by ICA officers at the point of entry. The length of stay is indicated on the visit pass endorsement in your passport and is not linked to the validity of your visa. Each application is assessed on its own merits, which include, but are not limited to, meeting the general entry requirements such as holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity, confirmed return or onward tickets, sufficient funds for your stay, and having the necessary entry requirements for your onward destination.
